Det finns till och med olika roliga sätt att göra den typiska ‘skräpmaten’ liiite nyttigare…! ;)

När du går till en korvkiosk och beställer korv, bröd och mos… Brukar du få korv med liten kötthalt, vitt bröd och mos med konserveringsmedel…

My lunch yesterday!

There’s even different fun ways to make the most typical ‘junk food’ a littleee bit healthier…! ;)

When you go to a hot dog stand and order sausage, bread and mash… Usually you get sausage with a low meat content, white bread and mash with preservatives…

Ingredients:

Sausage (instead of ‘low’ meat content, I choose a bit more expensive one that contains 90% pure meat)
Homemade potato mash
Bread (instead of a white bread, I choose a dark bread with rye)
Homemade pure Mayo mixed with Boston pickle
Cherry tomatoes
