… I wake up early every morning… Today I experienced the sensation of looking for music in my old computer! :O

Follow my process ;)

Ingredients (6 thick pancakes):

3 dl spelt flour
3 large eggs
6 dl low fat milk
1 tea spoon salt

Serving:

Honey
Cottage cheese
Frozen raspberries

Cooking process:

Pour the flour into a bowl, add half the milk and whisk until smooth. Whisk in remaining milk, the salt and eggs.

Let the mixture ferment for about 30 min.

Put some butter into a frying pan, add 1,5 dl of the pancake mixture.
Re-add butter for every second pancake…!
